Fav Booty Workouts

I am no fitness expert, but I do love working out and just moving my body to stay happy and healthy. A lot of my favorite workouts came from girls I have found on Tiktok or watching other people in the gym try it and figure I should just try it out. I have grown to love working out my legs so all of these exercises are my favorite to do when I am working out my glutes!

Romanian Deadlifts (RDL’s) 

RDL’s are not only great for your glutes, but they are also great for your hamstrings and lower back.

Hip Thrust

Hip thrusts are one of my favorite glute exercises, they help strengthen not only your glutes but help stabilize your core, pelvis and lower body.

Smith Machine Back Squats 

Smith machines may not be everyone’s favorite, but I really enjoy them. I find them very helpful and allow me to go deeper into my squat while keeping good form. These are great for your quads, hamstrings and core.

Elevated Goblet Squat 

This is very similar to a normal squat but this time your heels are elevated! Elevated goblet squats are known for targeting glutes and if you want bigger legs they are great for quads as well.
