Friendsgiving Recipe Ideas

I love hosting Friendsgiving because it is an excellent way for everyone to get together and enjoy delicious food. Here are some of my favorite recipes I have tried over the past few years. I hope you get some inspiration on what to bring for your next gathering!

Friendsgiving Recipe Ideas

Sweet Potato Casserole

I always sign up for sweet potato casserole because it is super easy to make and tastes delicious. I like to jazz mine up by adding marshmallows and crushed pretzels sprinkled on top. It is a great way to have sweet and savory in one.

Mashed Potatoes

A classic Friendsgiving always involves mashed potatoes as one of the dishes. I am always asked to make this dish! Make sure you don’t overmix the ingredients into the potatoes, or you will end up with a liquid disaster. I like to leave the potato skins on for a chunky and thicker consistency.

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I might sound crazy, but brussels sprouts are my favorite food on Friendsgiving. I like to follow this recipe because it gives the brussels sprouts added flavor. I always make everyone at the table try at least one bite.

Thanksgiving Salad

I recommend following this salad recipe for a light and fresh alternative to the other filling foods. You can swap out blue cheese for feta and add as many fresh fruits as possible. I keep the dressing on the side until I am ready to serve the salad.

Bacon-Wrapped Dates

I came across this recipe on TikTok and had to make it to see if it tasted as good as it looked. I would have never thought of this combo; the flavor was unreal. If you want to impress your friends, I would bring these as an appetizer.
