Effortless Healthy Meal Prep Recipes For A Nutritious Week

Chances are, one of your New Year’s Resolutions probably includes eating healthier or saving money. Healthy Meal prep Recipes is one of the best ways to accomplish both of these!

Meal prepping can be as easy or as intricate as you want it to be and it’s a great way to save money, time, and make sure that you’re eating well!

How To Make Chia Pudding For Breakfast?

Chia pudding is one of my favorite healthy meal prep recipes for breakfasts because it’s super budget friendly and easy to make! All you have to do is mix your ingredients and refrigerate.

I usually make this directly in my meal prep containers and pop it in the fridge. All you need is:

  • 2 cups of your favorite milk
  • 6 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite sweetener; maple syrup, honey, etc.

You can add any kind of flavoring or toppings that you like too! I’ll add a drizzle of peanut butter and some chocolate chips for a Reese’s cup inspired chia pudding, or top with granola and my favorite fruit.

This is great if you have a sweet tooth or don’t have time to reheat anything in the morning.

Egg Bites For Breakfast

Egg bites are a delicious protein packed breakfast. These are another great recipe that you can tailor for your individual preferences. I’ll make a few egg bites with bacon, some with spinach, and some with just cheese. 

Healthy Smoothies For Breakfast

One of my favorite on-the-go breakfasts is a smoothie! I prep single servings by portioning frozen fruit in tupperware and keeping them in the freezer.

When I’m ready to go in the morning, I just dump the fruit in my Ninja blender cups and add milk! It blends so quickly and I drink it straight out of the cup on my morning commute!

Salmon bowls are one of my favorite things to healthy meal prep recipes because there are so many different ways to make them. You can do teriyaki salmon with edamame, barbecue salmon with green beans, or any other number of combinations.
